        Fab company to work with, would recommend for companies trying to improve their sustainability policies and reduce their costs. Not often you'd see a Forktruck company try commit to sustainable energy solutions. Overall, fantastic company, great service and such forward thinkers.

        Nice and polite but was told the hourly labour rate starts when they leave where they are, so I would be charged 1 hours labour for the guy driving over and at 70 I think that is day light robbery. I then got my phone bill and I was charged nearly 5 for the call as its 0845. I believe they are making money on this also. Total Con Artists, they should feel disgraced. DO NOT CALL OR USE

        Appalling customer service. Rude unhelpful staff. Serious attitude problem from the "lady" who answers the phone. (Clare?) Wanted to argue with me about what I needed. Very unprofessional and embarrassing. Surprised the business is still running. Avoid like the plague. Get a bad review then a bunch of fake good reviews turn up?? Makes the business seem even worse! More proof of a bad business ....
