Ive worked for radfield for almost a year now, never had any experience working in care before but have qualifications in health and social so have the knowledge but its different using it in a proper work environment, however the training provided ensures youre ready and confident before going out, and you can always request extra training at any time which is a bonus. The office staff are amazing and an absolute credit to the company, they are always there for any queries or support that you may need. Everyone is friendly and approachable, all the staff and clients are a pleasure to be around, all carers and office staff can never do enough for you.

I recently joined the carers team at Radfield Home Care in Wakefield and Dewsbury. To be honest, I wasn't sure if I would make it because I've never worked in the care sector, but after a few weeks I can say that it was the best step in my career. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am glad that I could join a team that cares so much about its employees and customers. Since joining the team I have had training which has taught me a lot in theory and as this is my first caring role I have been able to learn a lot in practice while shadowing with support throughout. I love going to work every day, meeting all the clients and supporting them in every possible way . Thanks to this job I have met many interesting people, and I am also practice English. The clients I help are wonderful and very friendly which is important in this job to build a friendly bond between the carer and the client. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs extra support at home and those who are thinking of changing jobs.

I have worked for Radfield since October last year and can safely say I have learnt so much already from working here! Ive worked in care previously and Radfield has definitely been the best when it comes to providing care and putting the needs of the clients and family first

I have worked, as a carer, for Radfield for 3 & 1/2 yrs. I love my job & feel that I am supported well by the management team. It's great knowing that you make a difference to clients lives, helping them where necessary, while still ensuring they have their independence.

Wonderful company to work for, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Management team are there whenever you need them. Im also able to work around my other responsibilites. We also pride ourselves in providing excellent care to all our clients going above and beyond for them.
