Ive had good service in the past but am really upset today! I picked up a bracelet that had been repaired. I took the exact amount in cash that Id been quoted only to find they had added an extra 10 in for cleaning that I hadnt asked for! They hadnt rung to check or advise me of this before going ahead. Im on a super tight budget so this was a big deal to me. I challenged them politely and explained my circumstances but without success. I nearly embarrassed myself and cried and sadly wont be using them again now.

Had st Christopher fitted to Belcher chain and new lobster clasp fitted to curb chain come back like new polished would recommend this jewelry shop many thanks Steve excellent

poor was told next week it took three when I asked for a bracelet repair I had to ring three to four times to find out what was going on an it seemed like they were making excuses

We met John (the owner) at a wedding fair and never heard of Ossett. We had a lovely conversation and the price for our rings was the most competitive we had found and the customer service was next to none. Since, we have actually moved to Ossett to live (coincidence) and we have been back lots of time to Deans. The staff are lovely and we they offer unique pieces across all price ranges. Recently my husband bought me an eternity ring fornthe birth our first daughter and Amy was fantastic helping us decide what was right for the set (all seperates). Highly recommended!!
