        Following a flat tyre over the Christmas weekend, I had ordered 2 new tyres to be fitted. The guys at Pitchfords quickly let me know that, actually, the punctures could be fixed rather than changing the whole tyre. This saved me a lot of money. Very grateful for the honesty.
