I ordered a bed from this company via ebay, I got an email after a couple of days giving me an exact delivery date, then the day before I received a courtesy call explaining every thing that would happen the following day - I would be given a 3 hour time slot for my delivery which will be texted to me (which is amazing because I hate waiting in all day for a delivery so to be given a set time like that is bonus points for the company honestly), the driver will call about 30 minutes beforehand to let me know they're nearby and the next day I received my bed. It's amazing quality and a great price and I will highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a bed especially if customer service is top of your list, I cannot fault them.

DO NOT USE! Ordered a small double bed from eBay, delivery came sent the wrong base, everything else was correct. We had dismantled our old bed ready for the new one and took the hand rail away to get the divan base up our stair case! Rang the number to get the base changed to the one we actually wanted but was told the earliest date would be a whole week later as thats the date the courier could do! I told the lady that we have a toddler at home now with no hand rail on our stairs and no bed, and was told by the very rude customer service lady that this was not there problem and there was nothing she could do. A week later we FINALLY have the correct bed! (Courier couldnt have been more helpful) thats the only positive I would give this company, they are totally useless!!
