Strengths: _Qualifications and insurances certifications in email and are very professional to the last detail. _Approachable and kind - James takes calls and answers all questions with patience and good intention _Job was quick and high quality, shout out to Haden _ Sharon is a great coordinator Areas for Improvement: _ Initial booking was cancelled due to sickness,and re-arrangement was for week later than agreed on phone. (Haden managed to get round that day regardless though ). _ Fan was configured incorrectly (fixed next day which is very good and appreciated). Service: Fan installation

Firstly, dont put an electric toaster next to an electrical fan! It warps the cover. No problem! Buy another! Where do you find such item for a fan that had been installed over 30 years ago? Send for Finney Electricals. Even they couldnt magic up a new cover for an obsolete fan. What they did do is search high and low, via a lovely lady called Sharon, for a suitable replacement. Sharon emailed me frequently to let me know how the search was going.Lo and behold a replacement was found! Arriving on the scene came Hayden, a veritable knight in shining armour. He worked patiently dislodging the decrepit fan. He was polite and patient with a dithering old lady. The result was was a a new fan that worked quietly and efficiently. Well done Finney Electricals.
