I've had so many massages over the years at different places and every 'deep tissue' has never quite been deep or firm enough...until today! Chelsey was amazing at trying to get the endless knots out of my back, booked again for a full body deep tissue because it was so incredible.

I was polite but inside I was very upset and just wanted to get home to be able to remove as much of the left over tint with a cotton bud from my eyebrows.
I contacted the salon 3 days after my appointment and was told Chelsey would contact me regarding my flat lashes. I didnt hear anything for 2 days so I messaged again - I was then told she was on annual leave, which if I had know I wouldnt have messaged to follow up.
When I finally got in contact with Chelsey she made it clear she wasnt accepting any blame or acknowledging my concerns. She has insisted that it is my fault.
I am extremely disappointed not only with the service but also the customer service. 80 down the drain.
Update: I feel the need to clarify a few things unfortunately. My main issue when contacting the salon is that my eyelashes had significantly dropped. I was hoping that after a quick chat we could understand what might have caused this. I had hoped for a quick conversation with an easy resolution (was looking for advice not a refund/rebook hence why I didn't take the salon up on the offer to have them redone).
The clear gel I referred to in my review is clear eyebrow gel, not a tint.
After my appointment I wasn't given a lash brush so I had to wait to get home to brush them through. Usually lashes are a little wet after LVL so the lashes look a little stuck together. Once arriving home I realised there was residue on my lashes that was sticking them together. I didn't wash my lashes until 48 hours after my appointment. This is when I decided to contact the salon because there was essentially no curl and the tint wasn't as dark as I had hoped.
The issues with my nails was minor, not really worth contacting over IF it was the sole issue.
My eyebrows were very dry and flaky for the following week after my appointment. Chelsey has also said in our text messages that the cut was from the wax being too warm. Not any of the reasons that you have listed.
The tint was on the skin above my brows which made them look a lot thicker than usual hence my shock at the salon. Chelsey offered to rebook me in and I felt too embarrassed to decline. It cost me 78 and I said don't worry about the change. I blamed myself for getting the tint I should have known not to risk it.
It was only when I got home and realised that I actually had a cut on my head and then after washing my lashes I felt a need to reach out to the salon with my concerns.
Chelsey reached out to me on Wednesday evening, I don't answer unknown number so I messaged on Thursday morning after her second attempt to call to ask if it was in fact her. I was out so unable to speak on the phone.
Chelsey's message explained that I was happy when I left the salon and if aftercare isn't followed then they will drop. She kept continuing to say they looked great last time she saw them. It was clear Chelsey was trying to blame me and made no attempt to apologise to me.
After leaving this review, the manager contacted me to explain that she believes i'm not within my right to leave a review...
I also received a nasty message from Chelsey online on my website. Not the way you treat customers... Services: Eyebrow shaping, Lash lift
