Really great idea and should be excellent fun but the staff are completely uninterested and unenthusiastic. I asked several times what the cost of an item was and the young woman said she'd find out twice and proceeded to stand at the till drinking her drink and talking to her colleagues and never came back to me. They have very limited stock of items to paint, which makes choosing something difficult with a toddler when all the things they like that are painted and on display aren't available. When I paid at the end the girl even had to ask if I'd bought any drinks! Surely you'd have charged me for my drinks if I had any when I took them away. Massive disappointment.

Visited here with my mum as a little weekend activity - when we got our plates back, the paint on hers had been smudged & there were little unglazed spots all over mine also. For around 40 I think this is pretty unacceptable & would not come here again.

Just brilliant we had our sons birthday party here, it was a slime party and all the kids just loved it. Brilliant hosts and one very happy little boy. Thank you

Went to make baubles with my daughters footprint for christmas presents. Told they'd be ready in 10 days. Came back over 2 weeks later and only half the order was ready. The two that were ready had random bits of paint all over the white.. Colours that werent even on the design. Had clearly got transferred from other pots or dirty hands. Was told they would clean tyemnup and they'd be ready by the next week. Returned the next tuesday to find they still looked dirty. One reindeer had blue right on my daughters foot print. Just messy. They claimed it was because they were busy, well maybe dont take on more work then you can manage. Really unimpressed with the quality considering the 4 baubles cost 46quid and it was less then half an hrs worth of experience. Wouldn't waste your money.
