Have taken delivery of my first chair this month - bit of a daunting experience. It was delivered by the local provider's warehouse manager and his trainee, with no OT or other professional present. I wasn't given the user manual and can't see how to lower the castors. Started to feel very anxious ... Fortunately I had a quick look on the Accura website, and had an extremely helpful and supportive online chat which quickly solved my problems. Manual emailed to me yesterday and hard copy should arrive tomorrow. I feel totally reassured that Accura will be there whenever I need them.

Engineer called to say what time he would arrive. Arrived on time was very friendly, polite and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Would gladly have the Engineer back again. He is a credit to your company. Would recommend to family and friends.

I have to say the chair was fantastic when I first got it. It was life changing for me but unfortunately something snapped underneath. trying to get it fixed was a nightmare the wrong parts were sent on more than one occasion and I was left waiting two to two and a half weeks every time communication was terrible no one talked to me. come the end it was going to be a new one. I did ask at the time if I could have vinyl chair as it would be more suited to my needs they said that shouldn't be a problem I will get someone to phone you back but unfortunately communication once again . I have to say terrible experience thank God I got a fantastic OT but we haven't been able to rectify it I'm going to get the same chair back very upset about The whole experience

Fortunately I had a quick look on the Accura website, and had an extremely helpful and supportive online chat which quickly solved my problems. Manual emailed to me yesterday and hard copy should arrive tomorrow. I feel totally reassured that Accura will be there whenever I need them.
