        Having seen the quality of work we were keen to use KL Venning for a full strip and recover. Following the quote which was higher than all the others we decided that as we had seen the quality of work we would go ahead. We chased for dates and were told March ish, then we chased again and were told summer time....following a 3rd chase, as KL never contacted us unprompted, we have now been told winter time...absolutely ridiculous and frankly offensive. If you don't want the job just say, that's fine we can crack on with someone else, we've lost months now. Would not recommend.
