        This was one of the most amazing campsites I've been to especially for people who are looking for some privacy. The land owner has a house on 100 yards and has all the facilities set up except showers. Would suggest this one if you are a beginner and looking to camp in Penrith. Half an hour drive to Ullswater.         Ive walked the Coast to Coast twice now, in 2019 and then recently in June 2022 and I highly rate this little honesty shop. Well stocked and at a welcome point for a rest on the route.
