Unicorn Inn

I visited this pub for food today whilst staying with family in the area. There were 4 adults and 3 children eating. Out of all the food ordered I was unhappy with a side order of chicken wings (bad taste and could of been cooked longer) and a classic burger that had chewy gristle in the middle, which was off putting. Consequently, we returned these items and requested they be refunded. When requesting the refund the bar manager became defensive and stated the chef would not refund the wings but agreed the burger; i questioned this and pointed out that my family had eaten here regularly and had never returned food and I did not see why I could not be refunded both items - this was a matter of principle NOT COST. The bar manager adopted a rude and aggressive tone; I remained calm and repeated my opinion and request. I was not happy and wanted both items refunded, she insisted and refused to refund both items. The bar manager did not like being challenged (calmly) and raised her voice (which took me by surprise) and rudely told me and my family to get out and she didnt care if we didnt eat there again adding we dont need you. My family an I were highly embarrassed I strongly recommended you AVOID at all costs! unless your willing to have your rights as a customer violated.

Just been for sunday dinner wat loveley friendly waitresses very quick from ordering to having it served first time visit would deffo go again
