I have been using Rui at Spotech for over 10 years now for all my security needs. Rui is very honest, reliable and extremely helpful. I used another firm in 2019 when I moved home to a different area and only after they had installed the alarm, they disclosed the hidden service fees and maintenance fees. This other firm also restricted my alarm user app which was concerning. I immediately contacted Rui and apologised for not coming to him first and he was only too happy to come and fix my problem. For me, Rui deserves more than 5*.

Overpriced and poor quality work. Mislabelled the fuses in our new fuse box and wired our cellar light to the upstairs lighting circuit. Two LED lights in garden office have now failed completely after flickering intermittently for several months. Either poor wiring or substandard parts. Has refused to supply completion certificate for his work after being repeatedly reminded about it. Very slow to respond once he had been paid after demanding rapid payment.
