    We expected to receive a respectful and punctual service, but that was not the case. The team was very friendly and helpful until something went wrong that they did not know how to fix. The equipment was set up more than 2 hours after the event was supposed to start. When the screens were finally working, they could not get the sound to work. When we complained, they said it was because we did not have adequate playback facilities - an inaccurate assessment of the situation. We hired high quality headphones which worked perfectly. At one point when they insisted it was not working and blamed my Mac mini, I asked the DJ to turn the music down so we could hear what was coming through the headphones - they were working perfectly! They even tried o blame it on the fact that the DJ was a few minutes late, even though his set up had nothing to do with the film screening. With Live events things can always go wrong and mistakes can be made, but the unprofessional and disrespectful way that things were dealt with when they did go wrong has been deeply disappointing. Instead of apologising they resorted to pointing fingers and obscuring the facts. No doubt their response to this review will attempt to do the same. And while we had to give refunds to some of our customers they would not even make so much as a goodwill gesture towards us, even though we lost 25% of the programme. ***** UPDATE ***** In reply to the disingenuous response from the owner below. The system was not set up anywhere even vaguely near our start time. In your email to me you tried to blame it on the power connection. Now youre saying it didnt happen. Our partner charity, electrician, customers, my team and Im sure the honest ones in your team would all verify this I was called the day before and told that I did not book playback. I insisted that I had done at which point you said you had been sued by other companies when their screenings didnt work and so you would prefer for me to have my own playback with HDMI. Previously I was told I could just bring the films on an external hard drive. I said I would bring a mac mini and was assured that this would be sufficient and that you would have the screen so we could go to black when working in the background etc. Perhaps this was a misunderstanding but it would have been an easy thing to bring a monitor if you had not assured me that you had one. Your screen was about 2 inches wide and unusable. Your headphones were around 3 times the cost of the other company who had excellent hardware that all worked perfectly. I would consider using their system to be a good cost-saving antic.
