Just Headboards

Ordered headboard in July, still not arrived in December. No communication and no refund yet. Avoid.

Dreadful. Took my order and payment, and 10 weeks later still waiting for my delivery. They don't respond to emails, avoid taking calls and never return your messages. I've requested a refund via PayPal as the seller refuses to engage. Avoid!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - CROOKS if I could give -100 rating. Contacted the company prior to placing an order to ensure the item was in stock and not coming from oversees. Told definitely in stock with a 2 week delivery. Money taken off a pensioners credit card immediately. Got an email saying there is a delay would we like to choose something else the cheeky refund not given so will be contacting financial ombudsman

Absolute joke of a company. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs! Ordered a headboard 01/08/22 and have still not received it 26/10/22, 13 weeks! They still dont even know where the headboard is I have had to cancel the order and ask for a refund, complete waste of time and effort, been lied to throughout the process as well! I would urge anyone thinking of making a purchase through this company to reconsider!

Appalling. Had to cancel after I found out that my headboard was still 6 weeks away, some weeks after ordering it. That was 3 weeks ago and Im still waiting for my refund. Its been promised but has still not appeared.
