Just 4ft Beds

NO STARS. Totally a scam company. My bed never showed up and neither did my refund. Months and months. Avoid!!

ZERO STARS! Ordered a bed frame at the start of October 2022 and have been chasing a refund for six months as they could not fulfil the order. I was asked for my details to make a refund and have been ignored since. It is clear they have no intention of refunding my money. Very unprofessional! Zero customer service, do not order form this company!!

Please dont order from this site, I placed an order for delivery of a bed by between 7-21 December, in time for Christmas, and its pretty clear now thats not going to happen. The only contact that I have had from them is an automated email to say that my order had been received. I have tried telephoning, emailing and Facebook messaging them numerous times with no response. I dont know if this company simply has shocking customer service or whether they are in fact going into liquidation. I may have lost my money but I would hate for anyone else to lose theirs.

All beware of this company they tell you what they want you to hear full of lies and broken promises order the bed at the beginning of September let down three times in a row with nothing but excuses finally got the bed 12 weeks late very poor customer service would not recommend anyone to use this company however the bed is a very good quality for the price we paid its a shame the quality isnt as good with just 4 ft beds etiquette

Bad communication between them and the manufacturer resulting in me being let down for delivery on 2 occasions with loss of earnings. Manufacturer said a few mistruths which infuriated me so I cancelled order and got a refund.
