I intended to buy a house in the West Midlands. I know the agent worked for 'Open House; and was only contactable through the St Helens office but worked locally in the West Midlands. I found this agent the worst. He did not seem to have a handle on the sale and for some reason failed to provide the memo of sale for my solicitor. It took over two weeks before I lost my temper and withdrew my offer. At one point he shouted at me over the phone as he was adamant I had called him earlier that day but I had not and then he realised he had the wrong customer. Whilst he did apologise, this is very unprofessional. I would not recommend 'Open House'. Really poor service.

Joanne has provided a diligent, thorough and highly professional service. She offers good value for money and I get the sense that she genuinely cares about finding the right tenant for the right property. I have valued her advice and expertise and there is no doubt that I would choose to work with her again.

Brilliant Service, the staff are very responsive and I always got feedback from my viewers. Joann even did viewings for my property out of hours and weekends and we sold within 3 weeks
