        One Plan is an all encompassing management software that meets the need of any Care Company that desire to achieve excellent service at a competitive rate. The customer service is friendly and the development team is committed to listen to the views of Care Providers. We have been with One Plan for almost two years after going through a number of other care management systems in the past and we are happy with the service provided by One Plan.

        We moved to One Plan following 12 months with a competitor. We could not be happier!! Not only is the system reliable, easy to use and awesome - the staff on the ground also love it, which mean they use it! The support given has been second to none, nothing is two much trouble. On the occasion we have come across something we thought could be improved the team have listened and implemented the change - QUICKLY!! When my ops manager was off I was able to step in and run the company without issues, because of One Plan, with our old system I would have really struggled! Oh and to top all of this off, they don't charge you an arm and a leg!! If you run a Dom Care agency I can't recommend them highly enough.

        I have been in care in over 13 years and have used many systems. OnePlan is one of the best on the market. It is affordable, easy to use, and the mobile app is fantastic. I highly recommend. I advise for all new people to this system speak to RIck he is the Guru of OnePlan and will support you no matter what.
