STUDIO Property Lettings and Management

I wish I could only give this place less than 1 star. I graduated in July and after two years of dealing with this company I am so happy the nightmare is over. Honestly the worst company I could imagine anyone having to deal with, and I don't just include students in this. Was very unprofessional the whole time, would take forever to answer any queries, would never turn up to house viewings or house checks that were arranged by themselves. When going into third year, I had no access to the house as I had not yet picked up the key, and I had to go all the way to Ormskirk before term started, FROM Birmingham (my home) for the DAY, just to get the key because I was worried I wouldn't have it when I moved in. Honestly, I think the company has gone under now but avoid at all costs. Rumours have also been confirmed that she steals the money from the landlords of the houses too. Just do not waste your money please, and look elsewhere.

This is a warning to future students in Ormskirk. This company is unreliable and should not be trusted. 5 students are still waiting for their deposit money from last year with no reply from Studio Lettings despite many attempts to contact them. We had to live with a rat infestation which was never sorted properly and for 3 weeks we had nowhere to stay even though we were paying to live there. Please make sure to put your deposits into a legal deposit scheme and do not use this company under any circumstance.
