        I had appointment cancelled at last minute, rearranged with no email or text confirmation. Receptionist is rude and unhelpful and ends the call if you ask to meet Rosie. I raised concerns about patient safety in Liverpool and concerns about LCH and she refused to engage. She was Chair of the Women's years ago and worked with an executive who is the husband of the current director of workforce.She has not responded to emails I send about failure of NHSE/I to complete actions in the Kirkup report of LCH.
