This is an opticians that really know their craft, from having my eyes tested to collecting my new specs was a smooth operation The staff delivered top class service Why did I previously go to tv advertised opticians for an inferior service ?

The service we have received at Heyes has been outstanding. We wouldnt go anywhere else. My daughter has worn glasses since 15 months and they will certainly have a customer for life in her! The team have done everything they can to get us the best glasses at the best price. Theyve gone above and beyond. Theyre always happy to see my daughter when I pop in to check the fit of the glasses as she continues to grow. Thank you so much!

I had my eye test last week with Heyes Opticians & it was the most comprehensive thorough test Ive had. The Optician made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail to me & having the Zeiss OCT scan checking my eyes in detail was worth every penny! I have been getting my eyes tested at the Ormskirk branch for many years now. All the staff go above and beyond to help you and are so friendly and professional. All my family get their eyes tested here and they are amazing with my young children! The optician is thorough, friendly and will do anything he can to help you and any questions or concerns you have, will always be happy to assist and put your mind at ease. I get my glasses and contact lenses from this branch and will continue to do so. The new high tech machine they have is amazing and I was so impressed when I saw my results and so reassuring to know my eyes are in good health
