Just nipped in to pick up a lip balm/vasoline. I asked a member of staff for assistance as I was unable to find the item I was looking for Ange and Dylan could not have been less helpful and dismissive if they tried, customer service is definitely not their strong point!! Terrible service from them. It may have been the end of the day but it would have taken a second to help.
