        This is an amazing store. They provide prompt service. I mistakenly did not order sufficient yarn for a project. My e-mail was answered within 24 hours, they provided information about dye-lot availability, and shipped the additional yarn quickly. Shipping to the US seems pricey, but because I don't pay VAT, it is still good value for money. Great selection of Drops yarn, a family owned business, and an excellent service ethic. I highly recommend.
