Total Lift Care: Where do I start, took over our buildings management company and looked into accounts for outstanding bills and charges. TLC was all over the place, we have been charged for several call outs when only 2 took place. We have been charged for insurance and the lift is out of order and finally the control board was taken away to assess, it was never returned and we were given a quote of 18000 to repair and restore, have rang several times and sent various email and am still waiting for a first response dating back to February 2021. I would be very careful before using this company and hope this review might actually make them respond, time will tell. RESPONSE Only 2 of the call outs were authorised and not the several we were charged. As for the Insurance, I meant the service contract charged when the lift had been condemned by yourselves. After 14 months, several calls and several emails I am still awaiting a first response, nevermind I really expected better.

Worst service! I wish I had read these reviews before! Spent large sum of money and still without a working lift and the company will not respond either.
