Very caring staff, always quick to help and low staff turnover and very few agency staff. Lots of activities going on from visits from Shetland Ponies to birthday parties for residents. Staff always seem present with residents in the lounge and at meal times.

My mother spent almost 5 years in the residential care home in Ormskirk. The care staff have been wonderful and looked at my mother without question. Several areas of concern involves clothing and footwear going missing on a regular basis. My passed away on 17.2.22 after a very short illness. The care provided by the frontline staff was perfect: however upon hr death we as a family would have appreciated some kind of acknowledgement but absolutely nothing which proves that it's all about the money for the management and the poor staff do all the work. Thank you to the care workers you are valued by the family.

One of the hardest decisions in life to make, when youre looking for a caring home for a loved one. I and my mum have not been disappointed. A caring, professional team, who ensure good living standards are always maintained. A varied, quality food menu, with special Birthday and Christmas dinners, in addition to weekly tea and cake afternoons, lovely. A socially active community, with a dedicated WISH activities team who engage, cajole and support residents fully. Whether on a day out or indoor activity. My mum has never been happier and is in her 3rd year here. Thank you team. Sue Saunders

Manipulative & cohesive staff, talking the elderly & confused residents into whatever suits there needs. Money being the forefront of there importance. Personal items missing upon departure too.
