Great place, Paul sorted a part-exchange for a Taylor with a Martin I was selling, all done quickly and easily, other options given too but more than happy with the deal he offered there and then. No hassle to park either, always a bonus for places in busy towns.

Great shop and friendly staff but I was very disappointed as I have now made a special trip twice to find they didn't have stock that was shown as available online. This is apparently something to do with having 2 computer systems. Both of the Electro Harmonix pedals I went to try today were shown in stock online but not actually in stock. I wouldn't rely on their online system and check before you travel to the store. I have purchased a few guitars from here in the past and found their service to be good otherwise.

Visited yesterday after seeing a PRS online. Gary was brilliant and had reserved the guitar from the Monday I called until the Saturday. A friend and I spent 2.5 hours in store, played around 10 guitars and although I didn't leave with the PRS I did leave with another lovely guitar. They were very accommodating, relaxed environment and a brilliant selclection of used and new guitars. What I like most is, although they stock a large selection of Fender, Gibson and PRS, they also stock less mainstream guitars like British made Atkin (electric and acoustic), Patrick James Eggle and their own Cream T guitars. Would highly recommend these guys, one of the best shops in the North.
