    *the owner is now lying in their response to this review as well- I did not threaten I just asked that they take into consideration the massive vet bills I had to spend due to their neglect and at least refund me the sick kitten's food based on the fact that they neglected to even tell me there would be a delay and they didn't even organise shipping the order in time the second time I asked them to!* Zero stars. This company is totally responsible for almost killing one of my young kittens due to their negligence, ignoring my requests for updates, and terrible communication. I ordered the food my recently weaned young kittens were eating and paid for express delivery, meaning it should have arrived within 3 days. It wasn't even shipped in the same week and no-one contacted me to let me know so I didn't have time to order elsewhere before we ran out. I emailed Ormskirk pets and asked that the kitten food be sent signed for next day delivery, they read my email and agreed but didn't send the food out for hours later in the afternoon, meaning they missed the cut off time for the last delivery before the weekend. My kitten refused to eat anything else and went off food, I tried everything but by Monday she was hospitalised to have appetite stimulants. Ormskirk pets refused to refund me anything, neither shipped my order on time, informed me of delays so I could order elsewhere, nor did they offer to reimburse me anything for my order. Absolutely appalling and disgusting service, both customer service communication and the delivery were the worst and lowest standard I've ever experienced. Don't order here if you expect your orders to arrive or to know where they are or when they've been shipped and you won't get any money back if things go wrong either, these people don't care about your pets health or wellbeing!

    Excellent customer service. I paid extra for express delivery but my order hadn't arrived after 3 days. I emailed them to ask about this and they replied promptly explaining that the item was out of stock but the website hadn't updated. They apologised and refunded the extra I'd paid. My order has now arrived, I'm very satisfied and will be ordering from them again

    Quality products, , good value for money and arrived on time for my first order. I used this service after Covid as I was struggling with prices delivery and quality All reviews indicated that Ormskirk was just what my cats and I needed. Good quality, product's family run small business and they deliver. I am disabled as a result of my long term condition I seldom leave my home. I informed them of the importance of my order arriving on time. I ordered immediately. I have placed 6 orders in total 3 was good on time, good tracking information. However 3 were very late even though I had paid extra for a speedy delivery. That's a 50%. excellence of a paid service I have / had received.Communications is poor when they make a mistake. That is not good business as we all make mistakes. Its all about how we rectify mistakes. I believe as a paying customer especially now in the current climate of cost of living I deserve a better,quality servce. Which Ormskirk have demonstrated that they are unable to deliver that to me. Therefore I will not be using Ormskirk service again. Thanks. Flowers abbey
