Neil came out to fix a broken key in our front door at very short notice. He also realigned the patio doors which were difficult to close. An excellent job at a very reasonable price, would recommend him to anyone in the Ormskirk area.

Brilliant service start to finish. When I phoned for my problem patio doors, he was very helpful and listened as I explained my issue and guided me through what the problem was. I felt reassured and very fortunate to have phoned this business (I had a couple of other conversations with people who were very impatient and judgemental before I even had the chance to explain what my issue was). NW SECURITY came out quickly and on time. Looked at my issue, sorted it. Gave the doors a small service while there too. He is happy to give advice and a really great person to help with security. Anyone who is in the areacoveref should give them a call. Brilliant experience.

Niel is amazing, he came and fitted a new door lock in my front door, which because of some unrelated issues turned out to be not as straight forward as expected. He spent almost 3 hours rectifying the problem, absolute patience of a saint....a complete professional at what he does, and a really nice caring individual going completely above and beyond to help his customers, and he doesn't rip you off either, highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else for any future problems, thank you so much Niel.
