Awful place, I ordered something on 5th july and paid in full that should have been brought over from the skelmersdale branch for me to pick up, wasn't there the week after so they arranged postage, still waiting 3 weeks later ( 22nd july ) I went yesterday only to find out they were packing up the shelves snd the door was locked, absolutely shocking service and doubt I will see my money again, I could have just collected it at their other store myself

Would be great if they didn't take every opportunity to slag off Holland & Barrett, and anything "Russian"...it gets a bit uncomfortable. Ok they're the competition and ok you might think what they sell is inferior but when someone is already in your shop, you've already won. It's actually put me off going again because the experience was not a good one.

Great place, quality products at a great price. The owners are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and are really helpful. I would recommend Love Health and Wellbeing for all your healthcare products.
