        They don't seem to care if I'm struggling really badly, not alone that I wanted to go self-employed, I wanted to be self-employed 5/6 years ago, let me to do NEA, I then got told after doing one session with them not to do it anymore, because of this, it set me back from looking for jobs as I really wanted to do it, when I wanted to do book writing, I got told not to do it as I feel like I would get money from it when I get it published, I have mental health issues and whatever they do, they kept messing me about, they cancelled one of the appointments and I didn't know about it, I turned up and they where closed and the appointment ended up being phone call instead, they really affected my mental health with things.
