        I was welcomed into Minor Ops room on Tuesday 7th Feb. The treatment I received was brilliant. Both staff members were very pleasant and explained in detail the action to be taken. I was seen before my appointment time and left the surgery three minutes after appointment time . Within two weeks of speaking to a practice nurse I had appointments for the two problems. Both procedures we carried out in that time scale Well done to those who attended to me.

        Minor Surgery- Best Practice. A week ago I attended for a minor op. I can only say how very professional, efficient and ultra caring the ten minute procedure was. The staff who treated and attended were in my opinion were excellent: this is how the NHS should be operating! Well done.

        Most impressed with the service i experienced having a small procedure to remove a cyst. I found the staff professional polite and reassuring. Would reccommend tbis practice.
