        What is with this new voicemail service. I've been hearing the same loop of someone saying please hold for an operator then sorry an operator is not available.

        Cant get an appointment! Now over due for an injection! Dont phone you back when they say they will and the receptionists will lie to you! Got told the nurse had been off sick for 3 weeks but had called me to book me in herself for an appointment which later got cancelled by the surgery!

        Excellent in every way. Office staff are friendly and efficient, practice nurses are highly competent and knowledgeable and the consultations with my doctor are exemplary.
