        Five star service as usual this morning. An 'off' bottle of milk replaced within minutes.

        At Christmas the order was messed up ask for crumpets and tea cakes , got two lots of tea cakes no crumpets I let that go didn't complain. Wednesday let a note on the invoice NO MILK UNTIL SATURDAY . Got milk on Wednesday and Friday which I'd did not want. Not happy as this is the 3rd time now that the order has been messed up.

        A wonderful milkman called Andrew came to the aid of my 90 year old father in law at 2.40am of whom had fallen, stayed with him and called emergency services.
