I have no idea about jewellery, but needed a probate valuation. Mrs Pennington is very friendly and provided me with lots of information that I needed to know concerning probate, insurance and the HMRC. She provided me a very nice looking, and detailed report, along with a paper copy to hand over to the solicitor. I will never go to a jewellers for any kind of valuation again.
