Meal booked for 2pm for 16 people on Sunday 2nd April 2017 are waitress was Tracey. I would like to say a big thank you for a brilliant afternoon enjoyed by all our guests, we were 12 adults and 4 children. From start to finish it was fantastic Tracey are waitress was fantastic she is a credit to your team, she bent over backwards for us and fantastic with the children. There was a bit of bother outside in the garden with very naughty children but I can say that Tracey and the manager dealt we it very well. People should not bring children in to resturants if they are not willing to look after them and let them run roit it is not up to the staff to you after them. We all had a lovely afternoon, three of the party had they veggie meals and said the were very nice as everyone else had the carvery which was beautiful. I would like to thank everyone for the brilliant service from the chefs, barstaff are waitress Tracey and the manager will see you all again soon. We always have a lovely time when we come to visit. Lovely, delicious and if there isnt a full range so what theres always something equally as nice or even try something different for a change. For the money youre pushed to get a a good fish supper for a similar price, never mind a three course meal (or even just a Sunday roast). And come on staff can not be happy all day every day, they work long hours on minimum wages (probably), and whos to say theyre worrying about a child at home or gran in hospital. So many people want perfection for very little in return, its a little upsetting especially when you have been so looking forward to your delicious meal, but any of this does not mean that its the end of the world, really. Sorry for the rant but Patients does not have to be a virtue and a kind thought cost nothing. Now you can all start telling me off instead. Oh by the way Im a full time wheelchair user of many years and waiting in a line a nuisance but it is only a relatively small line youre not in a line waiting to get out of a war torn country.
