Negative reviews really worry you when using a new company, so I want to share my positive experience of Pro Fit recently. When I read some of the negative reviews it really worried me and to be honest I nearly changed my mind on using Pro Fit. But Mike one of the bosses put my mind at rest due to his honesty and great customer focus. I am so glad I continued with them. I am very pleased with the fitted sliding wardrobes that Mike and his team designed and fitted for us. It was a big job but his fitters came in and completed it in 1 day! The materials so far seem to be of good quality. All through the process I had no problem in getting a response from the office or the bosses. They provided a competitive quote, quality products and in my opinion excellent customer service. Mike and Adam were brilliant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Even when I asked for extra shelves. I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them again.
