Horrible unwelcoming staff member

Horrible experience every time, staff rude and unwelcoming. My friend dropped a lip gloss and was accused of stealing and a staff member tried to convince her her to buy it and told us to buy something or leave we had just walked in. Every time prior, the staff was rude and made the experience overall bad. My friend was uncomfortable talking to the woman and was near tears when she was questioning of us when we had done nothing wrong. She had a disgusted look on her face when she saw us and made my friend really upset
