Anne was absolutely brilliant! I found Anne after spending a long period of time struggling with my sleeping pattern. Id consistently wake up after a few hours sleep and be unable to get back to sleep! After a conversation, zoom consultation and one session I was already seeing a benefit! Anne made me feel so comfortable and that I was really being listened to! The tools in which Anne gave me to work with have really helped me, and now after 2 sessions I feel like my sleeping pattern has significantly improved! Even if I do wake up Im instantly back to sleep! I know that if I was to ever struggle again with any issues, not just relating to my sleep, Id be straight back in touch with Anne as in my eyes shes made a huge difference to my life! Anne was fantastic. Very welcoming and relaxing. Ive been smoking for 8 years and wanted to knock it on the head. My auntie and dad quit smoking due to Annes therapy and I followed suit. Cannot recommend highly enough.
