Cygnet is in a lovely spot and my son has had some lovely carers ....however I have turned up without ringing which I believe is fine as on this website it says so to find my son living in a pig sty my dogs and horses are cleaner no help from management or doctors the place has not helped my son at all and everything falls on deaf ears ...... It is an utter disgrace

Discharged my sister way too early and before receiving any treatment, no home plan. Nothing! Shes still so ill and not getting better. If anything shes worse. What is the point of sectioning someone when they can appeal and you guys couldnt even see why she was sectioned! Once again The mental health team fails! Waste of time.

The staff were amazing,cant say a bad word about any of them,however I feel like I was discharged to early in the end,as gone back to the way I was feeling before I went there,but thanks for making me feel very welcomed,u all do a top job,and nalin keep them haircuts up
