    I made my first appointment with this gentleman for about 3 weeks after I rang. No one arrived, no one rang, no one bothered to cancel. I rang back after 6 pm and discovered that the company had recorded the wrong date. We rebooked, for 8 days later. Again at 8.30 am no one arrived, no one rang, no one bothered to contact me. At 9.05 am I rang the land line and left a message. At 9.06 am I rand the mobile and left a message on voice mail. At 9.08 am I texted "I'm seriously unhappy with not having been contacted to inform me of your cancellation of your appointment at 8.30 am at............................" I waited until 11 am before getting on with my own business. I rang back to the land line, apparently my text was too rude for the business to be bothered. Don't waste your time.
