My partner and I have recently moved into the area from two different surgeries. We have been delighted by the care and quick responses we have received to date. All of the staff have been courteous and have done everything to reassure and treat any issues we have had.

I feel thoroughly disappointed with this surgery since having my little boy (during covid). Granted I have visited the surgery to be seen more than I would like however I have always come out feeling deflated and feeling like I have been a nuisance. I am an anxiety sufferer and feel that all my concerns get dismissed and put down to anxiety. Poor communication between colleagues. Have visited several times and been asked what Im doing there. Feel terribly let down by this surgery at the moment.

We have recently moved to the area after 47 yrs with a previous practice. Our experience so far has been generally positive. The staff have all been friendly, courteous, responsive and helpful to us. In addition, they were very helpful and provided appointment time when we needed assistance with young grandchildren visiting from abroad.

Always manage to get an appointment when needed, phones are never too busy. The doctors and nurses have always been caring and helpful with our family.

Was told my symptoms were just anxiety, and I was yelled at to calm down and get over it. A week later I was admitted to hospital for over two weeks with liver problems. I do not trust the level of care at all as they evidently dont know what theyre doing, theyre also exceptionally rude and cant be bothered with their patients.
