A truly wonderful restorative day retreat of yoga and treats. Im still in a blissful bubble! Kate is a very welcoming and genuine host, (as is her husband James) nothing is without a smile. You can tell she loves what she does as she radiates such warmth and openness. She paid such attention to the small details and finishing touches, which all amounted to a 5* retreat in her idyllic home. 8 ladies in total, plus invited guests; a therapist who gave us mini massages, a psychologist who gave us a talk on the benefits of journaling, self care and intention setting, especially important right now for our mental health, and, Ian who gave a fabulous healing Sound bath, plus Kates Yang yoga flow session in the morning and her Yin session in the afternoon. She is very knowledgable and passionate and I felt very connected to her. In between the sessions was a fantastic brunch, barista coffees, mimosas, homemade cakes and a chance to chat and get to know the other ladies. Only having 8 people made it easier to do that, it wasnt an intimidating day at all, everyone was very friendly and open to getting the most from their day. The barn itself is stunning, large and airy with huge glass windows, underfloor heating made a huge difference to personal comfort. Gorgeous sheepskin rugs, complementary fluffy socks, hot water bottles and comfy blankets, aromatherapy oils and great music for our sessions. You had a little token on your mat which you could be turned over to indicate if you preferred not to be assisted. We also left with goody bags! I felt totally spoilt. In essence I cant recommend Kates Yoga or her retreats enough, and cannot wait to go again.

Just wow!!! Yesterday I had the most amazing time with such lovely people at the Eden Yoga Festive Retreat. Kate and James are amazing hosts and the day was just fantastic.yoga, wreath making, cocktail class and afternoon tea.just perfect. Thank you xx

Eden yoga studio is the most perfect place to unwind and recharge. Kate is an exceptional teacher that will help you get the absolute most from a class. Her weekend retreat was heaven and Ive honestly never felt so relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble for Kate and her husband and their attention to detail was amazing. I almost didnt want to write this review in case all the places on any future retreats get booked up without me

Wow! What can I say. Ive recently returned from one of Kates yoga retreats and it was absolutely incredible. Two days of pure bliss and relaxation. In addition to four amazing yoga sessions Kate thought of every touchpoint possible, personalised bags, drinks bottles, robes, flip flops the list goes on. The food, drink and hospitality was just perfect too. And the overnight bell tents so comfy and cosy. Just what any mum needs to recharge their battery! The weekend was everything I could have asked for and more. I cant wait to book the next one.
