Great surveyors. They did a level 2 home buyers survey for us and I've been really impressed. The staff were helpful and friendly at every stage, from the first call I made to inquire about a home buyers survey, to receiving our final report. The surveyor gave me a call straight after completing the survey to provide an overview of the survey and answered my questions. The report we got is really thorough with helpful photos throughout. The administrative staff have always been quick to respond and answered all my questions. Would recommend.

Used them for a red book valuation and they seem to know what they are doing and are a professional company. They produced a good report for probate and I would use them again if needed.

Having experienced the high level of professionalism and meticulous attention to detail with the sale of our listed status property we chose to instruct Clarke and Jay to survey the property that we had hoped to purchase which was also grade 2 listed. We received a very comprehensive oral report shortly after the survey which was extremely beneficial in helping us to progress matters prior to receipt of the full report. We would highly recommend these surveyors.

We recently requested a snagging survey on our new build and were extremely satisfied with the service from Guy. The communication prior to the visit was clear and Guy performed a very thorough examination of the property both inside and out. His report came through very quickly - it was extensive and included photos. It has proven really useful in articulating our snagging requirements to the builders.
