I am a local building company and have been for many years. I recommend Timber Windows to all my customers and even family members. We have had a number of jobs where they have supplied and fitted windows and doors over the years for us and have never had bad feed back. The quality of their work is second to none and have never in my 20+ years of building found a superior window or door. Every step of the process from ordering to fitting is and has been floorless on every contract. I would recommend highly, you will not be disappointed.

We had sliding/folding doors fitted to replace tired doors/windows, made a wonderful difference to the living room, great designe, excellent service and brilliant after service

A very nice show room. Unfortunately, however this is not a firm to have any confidence in at all. We had a quotation for a small rooflight of 1806 supply and install including VAT. We paid a 50% deposit (!!!! - perhaps a worry in itself as they incurred no up front cost apart from a site survey where the surveyor struggled to take the appropriate measurements to confirm the measurements to the original drawing they had supplied). Evolution (Biggleswade) were the company who would manufacture the rooflight. A 2.3 feedback rating does not inspire confidence. There were no design / size changes at all. We then received a final set of drawings and a new bill of 3400+ without any explanation for the price change. This is a company who do not understand the difference between an 'estimate' and a 'quotation' or the legally binding contract implications applying to each.... six weeks wasted when we could have gone elsewhere... no appreciation of that inconvenience at all when we declined the new contract.
