Came to Rhodri with sciatica issues and came out resolving so much more! As a dancer and aerial instructor working with my body most of the time I've worried to be not understood and issues taken for granted as probably not such a standard type of customer. Rhodri did listen to all my questions and issues and helped me to understand my body even more and get to root cause of the issues. Really impressed with each sessions and with the after sessions excercises and advise which i've been given. Absolutely recommend Rhodri for any issues which you have. I would be definitely keeping the contact on the speed dial if any issues will come round! Thank you for all you help Rhodri!

I had a key hole surgery on my shoulder last year July and the recovery has been horrendous, had a frozen shoulder which lead to a steroid injection then because of pain slept on sofa as I couldnt lay down and sleep. Done physio but some cases made it worse. At this point no idea if I would get any good results from this consultation. I went with my arm stuck to my body because of the pain. The first session Rhodri got the pain down from a 10 to a 3 and that is a very big difference from when I sneezed I would be in pain. Im also glad my insurance is covered with Rhodri so I would 100% recommend people to go and get your self checked out!

As a family we have been using Rhodri for a few years. I myself first went to see him for shoulder/neck problems that I had had for years and it had got to the point it was unbearable, even after surgery and physiotherapy. I was advised by my consultant that I'd need more surgery but after 2 visits to Rhodri he managed to relieve the pain immensely and now I can easily cope with any discomfort with the exercises he gave me. More recently he has been treating my teenage son for a muscular back injury that had him off school for 5 weeks, Rhodri once again has worked his magic and helped relieve the high level pain to being fully manageable, there is nothing worse than a stroppy teenager in pain!! I always recommend Rhodri to any family or friends that need some help and have nothing but good things to say! Rhodri is extremely comfortable to be around, makes you feel relaxed straight away and gives you this immense faith and confidence in his ability and profession. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else and will always highly recommend to anyone needing help with pain/discomfort, injury etc.
