        I have used Punch for many years. Very thorough tests which I need because of my medication. Great customer service and support. I recently bought wooden frames for a change and there were some issues getting the lenses to sit correctly. Until they were perfect they were sent back to be corrected. I rely on them for my tests and great advise on which frames suit me.

        Friendly, professional and efficient staff. Clean. 32.50 for an eye test, 18 and under get it for free on the NHS. They also offer hearing tests on Mondays.

        Very helpful, cooperative and efficient. What more can one expect? Nice to be treated like an individual human being so certainly preferable to Boots or Specsavers!
