Bridge Heating

Its tricky to find someone to carry out a service on an ASHP and I thought wed got lucky finding someone local but the service has been a joke. Not convinced the service was carried out properly, engineer said there were things that needed doing that hed come back and do and that was the last we heard. A month later I had to chase what was happening as we hadnt been sent the certificate or an invoice! Company told me the engineer no longer worked for them so I asked them what to do about the outstanding work and they said theyd get back to me (they didnt). Chased again by email and was told a month ago theyd get back to me and still nothing! Definitely wont be using for any future services if this is the level of customer service they think is acceptable. Turned up on time was polite professional and got the job done ,kept a mask on at all time.

Bunch of cowboys. Terrible company. Been without heating and hot water now since boxing day. Absolutely disgusting. Order wrong parts. No communication skills. Send out an engineer that is not qualified on vaillant boilers. Makes you wonder if any of there engineers are safe when dealing with gas. Avoid at all cost!
