Angie, Sally and Alex were fantastic in dealing with ourselves, and went out of their way to help us complete our purchase. Kept us informed throughout the whole process and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Despite what we were led to expect, initially things got off to a slow start, partly because of the time of year (June) but also because the suggested asking price was a bit high. Within a few weeks we were being asked to drop the price by a significant amount. With a reduced asking price and the end of the school holidays things quickly picked up and Michael Graham really stepped up to the mark. We could not fault their dedication or selling ability and they quickly secured us a good offer. As the sale progressed they really earned every penny of their fee, pushing the whole chain, calling all solicitors, even ferrying contracts around to be signed. If it hadn't been for them I am sure that we wouldn't have moved until weeks later and would have had a very bleak Christmas. Angie and Alex were absolute stars. If you are selling a house, make sure you know a realistic price by looking at the market (all the agents over estimated - probably based on previous 'easy' years), don't go to market in summer if possible and use Michael Graham as your agent as I don't believe there are better.

Sally and Angela did a marvelous job facilitating the purchase of our new house. Communication was excellent and they did everything they could to move the transaction along. We felt like valued customers from first contact to finalising the purchase.
