Shocking service, suits provided for a wedding were not suitable sizes. Trousers, waistcoats and jackets too small, shirts too big. Terrible setup and totally disorganised.

Suits hired for our wedding last Saturday. From the first conversation, we knew we were in safe hands with Ashley. The whole experience was incredibly professional and straight forward. The suits looked fabulous on the day - both comfortable and very smart. Thank you Allen's.

This is from the wife of Nick Cooke: I came into your shop yesterday to look and hopefully buy some Olsen clothes, as I have done on many occasions. The welcome from the staff was rude and unwelcoming, in their arrogant lack of acknowledging me. I then left the shop deciding never to return. I went across to Woosters where the staff were as always charming. As retailers we keep hearing it is tough but training staff in manners alone is cost effective. I worked in the training world for many years and a good customer relationship is paramount. Anthea Cooke
