So happy. What luck to have bought a house that was on the market with such a supportive agent. Even during the busiest periods, the phone is always answered with an air of enthusiasm and helpfulness, they really do want to talk to you and assist you through what is inevitably, usually, a stressful process. Thanks especially to my agent, Mark Lancaster, who I felt went over and above to support and advise, proactively keeping the ball rolling and enabling me to push things forward. Friendly, professional, forward-thinking, knowledgeable, prepared, wiling to go the extra mile. Excellent! Thank you very much!

The most appalling service by an incompetent, unhelpful and rude man. Ben has zero interpersonal skills, took a holding deposit without considering our move in date. Despite the place being empty and available when references are completed. In asking for basic things like a clean and some things fixed and for clarity over a moving in date he said Im in two minds to put this back on the market. To say that to someone already who is already stressed because of moving, when they have done nothing wrong simply requesting the most basic reasonable things is nothing short of bullying. Avoid this agency like the plague. In the end we took his offer of giving us back the holding deposit not because we didnt like the house or the landlord (she seemed very reasonable) but because there was no chance we were entering into a contract with such an incompetent and rude agent.
